Sept 2023:

NV Energy Resilience Corridor Project update: If you are in the Tahoe area and happen to see a flying tree, our team has started Helicopter Logging in the North Tahoe Basin. Some areas are too steep for equipment, so we had to utilize the air space and remove the trees with a helicopter.

August 2023:

NV Energy Resilience Corridor Project update: Our crews have been working hard all summer preparing treatment units for fire, fuels, and forest health work. All partners on this project have been nothing short of amazing and have strived to protect and enhance these beautiful forests and their resources. For one treatment unit we had to cross a creek without impacting water quality...so VM West built a bridge using materials from previous treatment units! Take a look at the craftsmanship and quality work!
